At Birdy Bicycle, we want you to ride with confidence and total satisfaction. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused bicycle components or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
